The deal.
You shoot a day with someone. We keep the photos, put them side by side, and make the video, the slides, the poster and the flipbook. The photos stay yours. Using Meanwhile means agreeing to what follows.

Every photo you shoot is yours. You give us permission to store it, shrink it, put it next to the other person's, and render it into the day's objects, and to show it to the people in your day and to anyone you or they share the day page with. That permission ends when the photo is deleted.
Only shoot what you have the right to shoot. Nothing unlawful, nothing that would get someone hurt, nothing of a person who would not want to be in a strip. We can take a photo or a day down if we have to, and close an account that keeps doing it.
Whoever makes a day can change it until it starts, and delete it at any time, photos and all, for everyone in it. Anyone else can leave while it is open. After the day ends it is what it was.
The hour is judged by our server against the clock in your own time zone. On time is within fifteen minutes of the hour. After that the shot is late and the caption says the minute. After the hour it is blank. There are no retakes and no photos from the camera roll. That is the point.
Prints are sold on this site, in the currency shown at checkout, paid through Stripe. They are printed and posted by Prodigi, in the UK for UK addresses and in the US for US addresses. Because every print is made from your own day, it cannot be resold, so there is no right to cancel once it has gone to print. If it arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within fourteen days and it is reprinted or refunded. Delivery is usually within a week in the UK, longer elsewhere.
What you see on screen is a preview. Paper, ink and screens differ a little, and that is not a fault.
Meanwhile is free to use. We aim to keep it up every hour of every day, since that is what it is for, but we cannot promise it, and a missed hour on our side is a blank panel, not something we owe you for. The renders are made once, when the day closes, and are not remade.
We may change or stop the service. If we stop it, we will say so first and give you time to save your days.
You need to be 13 or over. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete your account and everything in it in Settings.
These terms are under the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
